Garmin Forerunner 310 XT

Imagine for a second that you are a triathlete. You are running, you are biking, you are swimming. You are not doing that just for fun. You have a goal, a time limit, a direction to go. How can you track all this information?

You need a GPS receiver to track your position if you don’t want to get lost.

And you need a timer. An advanced timer because you have to track multiple activities – swimming, running, biking. That’s two devices already.

Add a heart rate monitor – you just need to be sure that you are performing in the optimal heart rate zone to avoid over exert.

Oh, I almost forgot to mention that all these devices should have 20 hour battery time so that they could be used on an ultramarathon or an iron men.

Do you want to carry 3+ devices while performing the triathlon?

Certainly not me. Unless…

Unless all these devices are combined in one tiny gadget.

The gadget James Bond would be proud to wear.
